Do you notice the good, and do you let it count?

Everyone scans for red flags. This one measures the other skill: whether healthy behaviour actually registers when it happens, and whether you trust it or quietly discount it. Real situations, no villain list.

Everything runs in your browser. No email, no account, nothing uploaded.

Everyone trains themselves to spot red flags. Almost nobody trains the other skill: noticing healthy behaviour when it happens, and letting it count instead of explaining it away. This quiz puts you in real situations, steady texting, a no accepted gracefully, an apology that actually repaired something, and scores two separate things: whether the good registers, and whether you trust it.

How the green-flag quiz works

Pick a ten-scenario quick read, an eighteen-scenario standard run, or twenty-six for the sharpest picture. Each scenario shows you someone doing something genuinely healthy, and asks what you would actually do with it. Spotting is whether the behaviour registers as meaningful. Trusting is whether you let it build anything, or quietly discount it as luck, performance, or a phase.

Why noticing and trusting are different skills

Plenty of people see the good signs perfectly and then refuse to credit them: anyone can keep small promises for three months. Others want the good but cannot separate it from its imitation, so grand gestures and quiet consistency weigh the same. Splitting the two tells you whether your work is seeing more clearly or letting what you see actually count.

Green flag or love bombing

They look identical at the start and opposite under pressure. The reliable tells are pace and time: genuine warmth adjusts when you slow things down, and it looks the same on a tired Tuesday as on the first date. Love bombing pushes when you brake and burns bright only while it is working. Your result includes a personalised version of this read.

What you get at the end

Your pattern on a two-axis map, a confidence note, and how it shows up in early dating, texting, conflict and commitment. You also get a category read across ten kinds of healthy behaviour, effort, consistency, boundaries, repair and the rest, showing which ones land fully and which ones you discount. Then concrete moves and the apps that suit how you read people.
